Bait Planner Platinum (“the Service,” “we,” “us”) is a marketing analytics dashboard that lets a business owner connect their own social and search accounts to view performance data in one place. By creating an account or connecting a third-party service, you agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to connect any third-party account (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and similar) that you link to the Service.
When you connect a third-party platform, you grant the Service permission to read the data covered by the scopes you approve — for example follower counts, video and post statistics, and profile details. We use this data only to display your analytics inside the Service. We do not post on your behalf, sell your data, or share it with other users.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access data belonging to other accounts, or use the Service in any way that violates the terms of a connected platform or applicable law.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Third-party integrations depend on those providers’ APIs and may change or stop working outside our control.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
